An exhibition of photography by Hassan which tells the story of himself and his friends and their experiences of living in Birmingham as young refugees.

 

The photographs will shine light upon their journeys across the border and their everyday lives in the present, reflecting their hopes and aspirations for the future as they make their lives here in Britain.

 

The exhibition is the result of creative sessions run with young asylum seekers living within the city. It will be part of Refugee Week 2017 and its launch date will coincide with World Refugee Day.
