Stories From The Threshold

This exhibition presents the process and outcomes of Stories from the Threshold, a projectthat explored the phenomena of story.

Over the past six months we have met weekly with a group of young people facing uncertain futures, who are at risk of homelessness, refugees, or from asylum seeking families. Focussing on experiences of crossing thresholds, the project set out to explore moving from one state of being to another and how we can harness the power of story to help ground us at critical times of transition in our lives.

The work presented is the result of these sessions, crafted in lots of different mediums, including zines, song, clay models and film. We invite you to have a look at this small and multi faceted exhibition and see how these young people have explored their own thresholds.
